Most of us have spent a good deal of time in classrooms, and those people under 18 or so probably still do. Classrooms are, of course, places where groups of people go to learn. But did you know that the color of the walls in a classroom, and even the acoustics and the way furniture is arranged can all have a measurable effect on the academic success of the students and pupils? Our quiz on classrooms contain questions on what are the ideal conditions for learning, and also tests your knowledge on the way that classrooms are evolving with the advent of overhead projectors, computers at every desk, and the growth of self-paced learning on the Internet. Why not do a bit of learning yourself, and take our quiz on classrooms? I love hosting classroom quiz games. They can be great for formative assessment as can be a great way to help students review before a test. You've probably used (or at least heard of) the multiplayer gaming website Kahoot. There's a lot to like about Kahoot: it's free, works in web browers on tablets.
